  • Goatz Sportz Cardz (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates both a retail store and an online shop selling sports cards, Pokémon cards, sealed boxes, supplies, and related products.

  • We also provide services including buying, selling, trading cards and facilitating PSA grading submissions.

  • These Terms apply to all purchases, trades, and services made in-store or online.

2. Purchases & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).

  • We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

  • Payment must be received in full before products are shipped or services are performed.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within one business day after payment is confirmed.

  • Shipping rates and delivery times are provided at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

  • Tracking information will be provided when available.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Sealed products (e.g., booster boxes, packs) are non-refundable.

  • Single cards are non-refundable.

  • All sales are final.

5. Trading & Buybacks

  • We reserve the right to refuse any trade or purchase offer.

  • All sales and trades are final once completed.

6. PSA Grading Services

  • We act only as a submission facilitator and do not guarantee PSA’s grading timelines or outcomes.

  • Goatz Sportz Cardz is not responsible for delays, shipping issues, or grading results once cards are submitted.

  • By using our PSA submission service, you agree to assume all risks associated with third-party grading.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • We make every effort to describe products accurately. However, errors in descriptions, pricing, or availability may occur and we reserve the right to correct them.

  • We are not responsible for market fluctuations in card values after purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site (logo, branding, images, and text) is the property of Goatz Sportz Cardz and may not be used without permission.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States.

  • Any disputes will be handled in the local courts of Fairfax County, VA.
