DESCRIPTION:Pack Madness at Goatz Sportz Cardz! \nA 64-spot Bracket. One Champion. All March Long. It’s time to bring the tournament energy to the hobby. Introducing Pack Madness – a 64-person bracket-style competition running all throughout March at Goatz Sportz Cardz. Here’s how it works: \nThe Format: \n\n64 collectors enter the bracket\nRound 1 kicks off the first week of March\nEach round takes place weekly throughout March\nWinners advance and must return the following week to continue competing\nThe Final Round will take place on Monday\, April 6\, about one hour before championship game tip-off – during our in-store watch party (with free food!)\n\nHow to Play: \n\nTo compete in any round\, you must purchase a pack or box (any product in-store qualifies)\nYou’ll go head-to-head against your bracket opponent\nEach competitor opens their pack\nThe winner is determined by the highest value card pulled from that pack\n\nThat’s it. Simple. Competitive. High Energy. \nImportant Rules: \n\nWinners must return the following week (anytime during store hours) to compete in the next round\nIf you do not return during your designated week \,you forfeit you spot\nA new pack or box must be purchased for each round you compete in\n\nThe Prizes: \n\nFirst Place: $200 in Goatz Store Credit\nSecond Place: $50 in Goatz Store Credit\n\nAnd of course – bragging rights as the first-ever Pack Madness Champion. \nChampionship Night: The final showdown happens on April 6\, one hour before tip-off of the big game. We’ll be hosting a watch party with free food\, great vibes\, and the final Pack Madness battle live in-store.

DESCRIPTION:Get ready for a 5-week Winter Gaming Series at Goatz Sportz Cardz! Every Wednesday night\, we’re bringing the energy with competitive play\, community vibes\, and serious fun – all hosted right in the shop. \nEach week features a different hands-on card challenge where participants compete for Gold\, Silver\, and Bronze placements\, earning paper “medals” that become entries toward Grand Prize drawings. At the end of the series\, we’ll draw a random medal from each box to determine our winner. Each winner will be receiving a 2026 Topps Chrome U.S. Winter Olympic & Paralympic Team Hopefuls item. \n\n1st Place = Hobby Box\n2nd Place = Value Box\n3rd Place = One Pack\n\nThis event is all about fun\, sportsmanship\, and community — whether you’re a seasoned collector or just getting started. Participants may attend one week or all five\, but the more you play\, the more chances you earn to win. \nGAME 4: GOATZ RELAY\nObjective:\nComplete a multi-step challenge as a team faster than all others. \nFormat: Teams of 2–3 players \nRoles: \n\nPlayer 1: Open packs\nPlayer 2: Sort cards (by sport or card type)\nPlayer 3: Sleeve and stack cards\n\nRules: \n\nTasks must be completed in order\nPlayers may not assist teammates outside their role\nCards must be correctly sorted and sleeved to count\n\nPenalties: \n\nIncorrect sorting or incomplete sleeves must be fixed before time stops\n\nWinner Determined By:\nFastest official team time \nEvery Wednesday beginning February 11\, 2026 – March 11\, 2026 beginning at 8:00pm. Some purchases are required to compete.
