About Bryan
Bryan is the Founder and Co-Owner (along with his wife, Ashley) of Goatz Sportz Cardz. His love for card collecting started as a child. Fast forward to 2019, Bryan and his neighbors were watching football, and they eventually realized they all used to collect cards. Nostalgia set in as they began digging through their old collections. This led to hosting a “card party” where everyone purchased a box of cards and opened together. During one of these infamous “card parties”, Bryan pulled a Fernando Tatis Jr. Topps Five Star Rookie Autograph. This pull hooked Bryan and pulled him back into the hobby!
Bryan started going to the local CSA card show in Chantilly, VA. Eventually, between him and the neighbors, they realized they had enough inventory to be a vendor at the show. From there, Goatz Sportz Cardz was born. Eventually, Bryan decided it was time to chase his dream and open a local card shop. With 12 years as a law enforcement officer and four years in the Military, Bryan retired and started planning the opening of a shop.
